Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving operational efficiency through Optimization of our service schedule Managing the fleet of vehicles for the company Inventory, procurement, Invoicing and Accounts Payable Managing and reporting on company data Build a strong team culture and work environment through Scheduling and coordinating team events and trainings Maintaining organizational efficiency and cleanliness of our office and workshop Ensuring professional appearance of our team Support the sales team to deliver customer value through: Onsite customer visits to evaluate services needed and prepare estimates Onsite Quality Checks of completed repairs Preparing compliance documents for new customers Contacting customers to confirm appointments

Required Qualifications:

Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Organized multi-tasker, with high attention to detail Professional, caring and service-minded Strong customer service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

General working knowledge of property management, moving, hospitality and/or construction industries Experience using CRM tools and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including

Excel Pay :

$20 - $25.00 per hour plus additional
