Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing schedules, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within our office. The Scheduler will work closely with clients and caregivers. Duties Schedule and confirm clients shifts efficiently while considering provider caregivers availability. Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, and caregiver needs. Maintain accurate clients and caregiver records, including care plans. Process and collect appropriate documents in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize scheduling to manage shifts and patient information effectively. Collaborate with caregiver providers to ensure all necessary shifts are covered. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding clients and caregivers' privacy and data security. Skills Previous experience in a home care office is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of client confidentiality. Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Wellsky. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with client, caregivers and staff. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
