Job Description

Overview:
Seeking a part-time Production Manager to manage our 3D printing, assembly, Shopify fulfillment, and returns operations. This role involves ensuring products are made, packed, and shipped efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Duties:
Operate 3D printing machines, assemble parts, and ship out products each day. Fulfill Shopify orders, print labels, pack orders, and manage daily shipments. Process returns and exchanges, inspect returned products, and keep inventory organized. Ensure production meets quality standards and efficiency goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse, or operations role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with hands, small parts, and basic computer systems. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively under daily deadlines.
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
