Main Focus:
  • Scheduling leads for in home estimates
  • Manage calls and email communications between the office and customers
  • Manage phone system
  • General Customer Service and Admin Tasks This is an advanced position, and we are looking for seasoned applicants who have mastered this responsibility. This is not an entry-level position. Requirements Must be able to work Mon
  • Fri, 8AM
  • 5PM (with one hour lunch + paid rest breaks) Must be experienced in filtering Sales Leads Must be experienced in taking a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and customer service Must be experienced in managing lead programs such as Yelp, Next Door, Google Business.

Dispatch / Scheduling
appointments Manage communications; managing incoming phone calls, email, yelp messaging Strong problem-solving skills, required to resolve/delegate action for the clients when in need of something Provide customer service and solutions to leads and clients Collect payments from customers Order supplies for the office as well as materials for our technicians Assist with office general operations Maintain lobby and shared common areas Provide basic admin support
