Whether you're troubleshooting a kegerator at 2am or training a teammate on preventive maintenance, you bring the same energy and care. You're looking for a full-time role with benefits in a growing company where performance opens doors. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair coffee machines, water systems, kegerators, and related equipment at client sites, minimizing downtime and delivering a seamless client experience. Lead driver and key support for our Operations Supervisor, contributing to efficient route planning and execution. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to keep client accounts running flawlessly. Train and coach route team members on equipment operation, maintenance protocols, and service standards, reducing repeat issues and building team capability. Bench-test and prepare new equipment at the warehouse before client installations to ensure zero-defect deployments. Proactively identify recurring issues and propose improvements to processes, tools, or training that raise the bar for the whole team. Communicate clearly with internal teams; bring problems to managers with proposed solutions. Requirements Required Proactive, curious mindset — you find the root cause, not just the workaround.
Strong communication skills:
able to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Results-oriented with a track record of follow-through and personal accountability. High reliability and punctuality. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without direct supervision. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure. Physical ability to routinely lift and carry items up to 75+ lbs. Valid Driver's License. Preferred 2+ years of experience in coffee equipment repair or a related technical field. Background in refrigeration systems 2+ years of delivery or field operations experience. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Standard 8-Hour Shift, with additional hours as required based on business needs) Training Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pmBenefits Compensation:
