JOB SUMMARY
Administrative assistants would be responsible for ensuring organization is organized, paperwork is filed, supplies are maintained and replenished, mail is picked up sorted, data entry is completed properly, assisting with scheduling visits and appointments, and ensuring that there is someone to greet visitors at the door. Occasional job tasks may require the individual to leave the office to deliver or pick up supplies, including but not limited to lab samples, medical devices and systems, and physician orders. Individual may also be asked to provide in-person interpreting services on an as needed basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Please note that this is meant to be a brief outline of the tasks you will be required to complete, but is not an exhaustive list by any means Answer phones and greet visitors Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Coordinate staff and other meetings Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Coordinate and ensure the completion of clinical paperwork in a timely manner Ensure supply room is replenished, maintained and inventoried on an ongoing basis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college education preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Driver's license and reliable transportation with sufficient insurance coverage Bilingual (Russian/Ukrainian, Spanish, Vietnamese and/or Tagalog) candidates preferred
