This role is responsible for assisting with order processing, inventory tracking, shipment preparation, and operational coordination to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer requests. No prior experience is required comprehensive training will be provided. Job Overview As a Fulfillment Operations Assistant, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations by supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing and preparing orders for shipment. Verify inventory levels and update inventory records. Pick, pack, label, and organize items for distribution. Monitor order status and assist with fulfillment tracking. Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records. Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming inventory. Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies. Support shipping and receiving activities as needed. Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
