Job Description

Office Operations Specialist Santa Clara, CA | Full-time | On-site Bambulab is looking for a hands-on Office Operations Specialist to support the setup and day-to-day operations of our new Santa Clara office. This role will work closely with the COO, China-based headquarters, to help build and maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace. What You'll Do Support the setup and launch of our Santa Clara office, including move-in readiness, furniture/equipment coordination, internet/utilities setup, and related workplace needs Coordinate with landlords, property management, contractors, and vendors on office-related matters Manage daily office operations, including supplies, mail/packages, office services, and workplace upkeep Support meeting logistics, visitor reception, and general office coordination Assist with invoice collection, billing records, payment support materials, and administrative documentation Support travel logistics and occasional event/trade show material coordination Serve as an operational liaison between the U.S. office and headquarters in China Help track operational tasks, follow up on requests, and maintain organized office records What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in office operations, office administration, or workplace support Experience supporting a small or growing office environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented working style Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese Experience working with vendors and service providers Ability to work full-time on-site in Santa Clara Nice to Have Experience with office setup, relocation, or workplace expansion Experience working with China-based teams or headquarters Familiarity with shipping/logistics, invoice support, and event coordination
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
