We design and manufacture industrial paint booths, powder coating systems, blast booths, finishing systems, and custom industrial equipment for customers across the United States. We are looking for a mechanically minded and organized Production Support Coordinator to join our team and help support daily production operations. This is not a corporate office position. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, sheet metal, HVAC, fabrication, or industrial equipment experience who understands how a shop operates and can help keep projects moving smoothly between the field, customers, and production team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our company is growing quickly, and we need someone who can help bridge communication between the shop, installers, and customers while supporting production coordination internally. You will work directly with our production team to: Help manage installer and customer support calls Coordinate missing or replacement parts Help solve production and field-related issues Assist with inventory and parts coordination Support production flow and organization Learn our systems and industrial equipment Assist with shipping and fulfillment coordination Help reduce production interruptions and keep projects moving This role is a combination of: Production support Shop coordination Field support Parts coordination Administrative organization

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Sheet metal fabrication HVAC manufacturing or installation Industrial equipment manufacturing Paint booth or finishing systems experience Inventory or parts coordination Production/shop support Construction or mechanical background

Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work between office and production/shop environments Positive attitude and team mentality

COMPENSATION
