Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an engaging and highly organized Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This energetic role is vital in supporting the sales department by streamlining operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing sales efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a growing business. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with daily sales operations, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records using tools including: Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Pipedrive. Support calendar management and schedule appointments for sales team and executives, ensuring efficient time utilization. Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to maintain an orderly workspace. Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Experience 2+ years in a similar role preferred Prior experience in a sales operations, assistant, office management, administrative role demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures. Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and time management efficiently. Preferred comfort with leveraging AI to increase productivity. Small business experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish in addition to English) abilities are a plus to facilitate communication within diverse teams or clients.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
