- Part-time We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable individual to join our team as a Web & Operations Assistant .
This is a part-time, in-office role based in Temecula, CA, supporting a mix of website updates, internal team support, and event merchandising operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and learning new systems. You'll work closely with our Director of Innovation, Merchandise Manager, and events team to help keep our websites, tools, and operations running smoothly—especially in support of our RacingShirts and Mustang Week brands. Responsibilities IT & Team Support Provide day-to-day support for internal team members across devices, systems, and software Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues (primarily Mac/Apple devices) Help set up and maintain computers, printers, and other office or event equipment Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding setup (accounts, devices, access) Support event technology needs, including POS systems and ticketing tools Assist with ticketing systems, reporting, and order management Website Support Assist with content updates for MustangWeek.com and RacingShirts.com (WordPress & Shopify) Upload and manage products, images, and event-related content Perform quality checks to identify and resolve issues (broken links, product errors, etc.) Support Shopify store tasks including product setup, inventory updates, and promotions Help maintain accuracy and consistency across digital platforms Assist with basic reporting and data tracking RacingShirts & Event Merch Support Assist with online merchandise fulfillment and organization Support inventory tracking, product setup, and merchandising workflows Help manage orders, fulfillment, and basic customer service needs Assist with pre-event merchandise preparation and coordination Support post-event inventory reconciliation and organization Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a tech, admin, or operations-related role (or relevant coursework/training) Familiarity with Mac computers and general troubleshooting Comfortable learning and working within web platforms such as WordPress and Shopify Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tracking Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify and/or WordPress Experience with eCommerce, merchandising, or order fulfillment Previous experience supporting a team or office environment Interest in automotive, events, or enthusiast communities Key Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset Reliable with excellent follow-through Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems Calm under pressure, especially in fast-paced or event environments Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Job Details This is a part-time, in-office position based in Temecula, CA (approximately 15-25 hours per week). Candidates must be local and available to work in the office multiple days per week. We determine compensation by looking at market benchmarks and considering role, background, skills, and experience to place employees within a fair market range. For this position, the hourly range is $20
Occasional support for live events, including Mustang Week, may be required.
