Job duties include:

Answer multi-line phone with a smile on your face. You are typically the first voice of the practice and an extension of our doctor, our goals and vision. Welcome all of our patients with warmth and enthusiasm. Check patients in for their scheduled appointments. Verify patient paperwork. Create and maintain a comfortable environment, tidy reception area; offer coffee etc. Utilize excellent verbal skills to schedule appointments. Create and maintain a balanced schedule. Responsible for ensuring all patients have a future appointment. Update status codes. Morning Meeting Reports; next visit availability, contests, patients that need special attention/love. Provide daily Gameboard reports. Monthly & Annual Planning Meeting Reports, Doctor correspondence, Telephone the general dental offices to thank them for referrals & inquire about future treatment. Assist with various confirmation calls. Maintain SC Standards.
