We're a small, hands-on team looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to an independent brand that values both creativity and care. Part-Time Fulfillment Operations & Product Photography Associate We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our e-commerce business. This is an in-office, part-time role that combines online order fulfillment and customer service responsibilities with product photography and website management. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing both operational and creative tasks. Extreme attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities E-commerce Operations & Customer Service Pick, pack, and fulfill daily online orders accurately and efficiently. Process returns and exchanges and maintain organized records of customer transactions. Respond to customer service emails in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner. Coordinate shipping logistics, including creating labels, packing orders, and dropping off packages. File and manage shipment claims and resolve delivery issues with carriers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive brand experience. Maintain organized inventory and workspace systems. Assist with general administrative tasks, organization, and day-to-day operational problem-solving. Ensure a high degree of accuracy across all aspects of ecommerce operations. Product Photography & Website Merchandising Photograph products for ecommerce use, primarily flat lay and product photography of bags and accessories. Set up and operate photography equipment, including studio lighting. Prepare products for photography, ensuring they are styled and presented according to brand standards. Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop. Upload and organize photography assets for website use. Create product descriptions, update, and maintain product listings within Shopify, ensuring all information and imagery are accurate. Assist with product launches by preparing listings, uploading assets, and coordinating launch-related website updates. Maintain visual consistency and quality across all online product presentations. Qualifications 2+ years of DSLR photography experience preferred, particularly in e-commerce product photography. Experience photographing products using studio lighting equipment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred. Excellent written communication and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills. Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Comfortable performing moderate physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting and moving shipping boxes. About You You enjoy creating systems, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You take pride in accuracy and consistency, communicate professionally with customers, and have an eye for visual presentation. Whether packing an order, resolving a shipment issue, editing product photos, or preparing a product launch, you approach every task with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
