Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in West Covina, CA. This position supports the daily operations of our U.S. office and works closely with management to ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and office support Maintain and organize company files and documents Assist with vendor payments, invoices, and expense documentation Coordinate with external service providers, including accountants, banks, and vendors Support import logistics documentation and shipment status communications Assist with office supply management and routine office operations Handle incoming mail and business correspondence Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Good communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred Previous administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred Dependable, professional, and willing to grow with the company
Pay:
$3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
