Operations Packaging Coordinator

looking for an Operations Packing Coordinator or Assistant Manager, Operations to help keep our packaging world running smoothly (and looking gorgeous). If you're the type who color-codes your spreadsheets for fun and gets a little thrill from a perfectly met deadline, we might be soulmates. This role is in office in the South Bay, CA twice a week, and occasionally for team meetings. Here's what you'll be up to: ? Be the Proof Police — Shepherd artwork proofs through internal reviews, wrangle feedback from all corners, and make sure everything gets approved before the clock strikes production o'clock ? Sample Wrangler Extraordinaire — Coordinate sample requests across teams and vendors so the right products land in the right hands at the right time (no lost packages on your watch!) ?? Data Keeper of the Realm — Own the setup and maintenance of BOMs and Fill & Assembly instructions, because accurate product data is the unsung hero of great beauty ? Process Improvement Enthusiast — Spot inefficiencies, build better workflows, and generally make everyone's lives a little easier — you'll basically be the team MVP You bring 2-4 years of ops or project management experience, a love of organization, and genuine passion for clean beauty. We'll bring the fast-paced energy, amazing products, and a team that actually loves what they do. Temp to hire role Looking to hire ASAP $37-38/hr no relocation an hour Must be able to travel to office at least three times a week - two days mandatory Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
