Who We're Looking For We're seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Fleet Operations Van Detailer with experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You enjoy working with your hands, maintaining high standards, and spending a large portion of your time detailing and maintaining vehicles. Job Overview Join our Denver team as a Fleet Operations Assistant/Van Detailer, responsible for preparing, maintaining, and ensuring each van is pristine and ready for rental. This is a part-time, seasonal role with fluctuating hours based on volume (15-30hrs/week). The role involves inspecting, detailing, stocking, and prepping campervans between customer trips. You'll report directly to the Denver Operations Manager. Responsibilities Campervan Detailing & Preparation Clean and prepare vans post-rental, adhering to strict quality standards. Conduct safety checks, restock supplies, and address maintenance needs to ensure vans meet readiness standards. Fleet Maintenance Perform interior maintenance, including regular inspections, electrical/plumbing, and general build repairs. Conduct routine vehicle checks (fluid top-offs, tire pressure, propane levels, refueling) and address minor repairs as needed. Transport of vans to and from maintenance partners for scheduled and as-needed services. Facility Management Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including managing laundry, dishwashing, and general facility upkeep. Schedule Expect to work most weekends Schedule may change slightly week-to-week based on business needs Requirements Positive attitude, adaptable to varying schedules, including work on most summertime holidays. Self-starter with strong resilience and emotional intelligence. Excellent organizational and communication skills; mechanical aptitude for basic repairs. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain a clean driving record. Qualifications High school diploma; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of work experience in a time-sensitive, quality-focused environment. Outdoor industry experience a plus.
