Information Systems Support Specialist Location:
SSC Colorado Facilities | Your primary location will be our Denver office, and occasional travel to Colorado Springs and Broomfield will be required
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:30pm

Sandstone Care is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Colorado facilities. Our IT team is critical to helping our staff deliver exceptional care to the clients we serve. This is more than just tech support—it's about being a key player in making a difference. What is the role?
Compensation :
$22.60 per hour + full-time benefits
Schedule :
Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:30pm

What You'll Do :
Be the
Go-To Tech Support :
You'll be the first point of contact for staff and clients, helping them resolve computer and system issues with your expert technical skills.
Solve Problems Creatively :
From troubleshooting technical challenges to assessing hardware/software configurations, your ability to think critically will help us maintain smooth operations.
Empower Our Team :
Educate staff on tech procedures, helping them become more self-sufficient while ensuring they feel supported throughout.
Keep Us Organized :
Manage inventory, track system updates, and maintain documentation to keep our IT systems running like clockwork.
Stay Agile :
Juggle multiple IT support requests, deploy new laptops for incoming team members, and travel between our locations to ensure all needs are met.
What We're Looking For :
A strong background in IT support (CompTIA A+ certification required) Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues A customer-service mindset, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-tech team members Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, systems updates, and inventory Flexibility to travel between our Colorado-area locations A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ready to Apply???
