This role will ensure the integrity of client documentation, facilitate onboarding processes, manage scheduling requirements, and maintain workflow continuity across service lines. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured, deadline-driven environment. This position provides a foundation for professional growth within the firm's operations function and offers direct exposure to the firm's core service areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients by helping them complete paperwork, navigate systems, and stay informed on service items.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new tax and financial planning clients, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently.
  • Track outstanding service items, follow up on pending documentation, and provide status updates to advisors and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and tax-related documents with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate scheduling of client meetings, tax deadlines, and planning deliverables to support departmental workflows.
  • Accurately enter data into CRM and other firm platforms; generate reports to support advisors and operations leadership.
  • Support bulk client communications, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Participate in departmental operational initiatives and assist with projects under the direction of senior operations leadership.
  • Provide additional support during peak tax and planning periods, including flexibility for overtime when required. What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in client service, operations, or administrative support (financial services or tax experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with CRM or financial/tax software preferred.
  • Interest in professional growth, with the ability to step into greater responsibility over time.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
