We provide a fun work environment and employee discounts. Our owner and employees are proud to provide customers with LOCAL products and the BEST customer service. We are a neighborhood store so the customer service experience is our number one priority! We strive to be the best pet supply store and grooming salon with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are looking for an employee who can work on the grooming side and the retail side in our Denver stores. Work week would be20-30 hours with a possibility of more hours. Weekends are a must when applying for this position.
Essential Duties:
  • Provide friendly, prompt, efficient and courteous customer service. Your main focus is the customer. Every customer should be asked if they need help and you will be locating specific products and making recommendations.
  • Assist with receiving of products.
  • Assist with keeping shelves, displays and fridge/freezer stocked.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Must have general product knowledge.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays, in a fast paced environment!
  • On the beauty bark side: Scheduling Clients for appointments and answering phone calls and emails.
Bathing and Drying Dogs Following the direction of the Groomers Keeping all Dogs safe inside the facility Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the facility Other duties as needed
