We're looking for someone who can take control of the moving parts of a construction business —budgets, materials, subs, schedules—and keep everything running without constant direction. What You'll Be Responsible For Own JobTread updates (costs, budgets, invoices) Send and track subcontractor bids Order materials based on pricing, timelines, and availability Keep projects organized and moving forward Maintain calendars and scheduling Handle light client communication when needed What Success Looks Like We are no longer entering costs or chasing subs Materials show up when they're supposed to The schedule is clear and maintained Fewer things fall through the cracks You see problems early and handle them What We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-driven Takes ownership without being asked Comfortable figuring things out without perfect instructions Clear, direct communicator Can manage multiple moving pieces without getting overwhelmed Bonus if you have experience with construction, project coordination, or tools like JobTread—but not required. Pay:
