Job Description

GO Wireline, Employees Owned Company (ESOP) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our Colorado office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and keeping things organized. What You'll Do Support inventory tracking, purchase orders, and documentation Review tickets and paperwork for compliance (DOT, HSE) Enter and maintain data in systems (Finale, KPA, etc.) Coordinate new hire onboarding (ADP, email, training, system access) Track employee certifications, training, and compliance records Assist with equipment tracking and employee setup (FR gear, systems access) Handle high-volume administrative tasks and maintain organized records What We're Looking For 2+ years in admin, operations, or office coordination Strong attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable with data entry and multiple systems Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities Oilfield or compliance experience is a plus
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
