Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily order management and operational workflow. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong communication between customers, sales, and the warehouse team. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory—candidates who are not bilingual will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Process and maintain customer orders, shipping information, and inventory records using Famous Software (or a comparable system).
• Relay daily order details clearly to the packing team and verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with logistics partners to meet delivery expectations.
• Keep a close eye on inventory levels and report any inconsistencies or concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and order processing systems.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Famous Software or a similar ERP/order management platform is strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in produce, agriculture, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Clear and professional communication skills across teams and with customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
