Lakewood, Colorado Summary:
The Maintenance Scheduler (CMMS) is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role ensures that maintenance work is efficiently scheduled, resources are optimized, and downtime is minimized, improving overall asset reliability. Will also perform production control duties.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination of a team using a defined weekly schedule . Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and asset management. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, facility, or building maintenance environments is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
Communication:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customer(s), direct and indirect staff, supervisors, and office personnel. Ability to also speak Spanish is a plus.
Pay Rate:
$31.92 per hour A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
