Program Scheduler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler who is experienced in the coordination, scheduling, and identification of long-term, mid-term, and near-term project/program milestones and related activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify, schedule, and resolve coordination issues, working with MS Project to consolidate multiple project schedules and define goals, objectives, deliverables, and associated timelines. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all project and program milestones and related activities. Identify and resolve scheduling and coordination issues. Use MS Project to consolidate multiple project schedules. Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate between multiple projects to ensure smooth operations. Essential Skills Experience with project coordination and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Project. Experience in the aerospace industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the aerospace sector is highly valued. Work Environment The role is based in an office/manufacturing environment. The work involves coordination with various projects within the aerospace sector, specifically focusing on unclassified payload programs. Candidates will engage with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development and deployment of novel ground-based and space-based instrumentation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
