Job Description

Star Light Home Health is seeking a homecare scheduler for our non-medical division. The position is full time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On call rotation is required.
Duties:
Answering phones Speaking with caregivers daily about changing a schedule or requesting time off Make necessary schedule changes and notifying the client of the change. (Replacement caregiver or time change) Re-fill any shifts for a caregiver that may call off their assigned shift. Notify the client Encourage caregivers and support them, answering questions, scheduling additional hands on training if needed. Showing new hires how to clock in and out using technology Miscellaneous office duties, making copies, filing, sending birthday cards to clients and staff
On Call Rotation Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills Patience with clients and caregivers Technology Savvy to support field staff with their multiple required apps on their phones, to clock in and out and general communication apps. Multi-tasking is a must for this position GREAT follow up skills and documentation skills Training experience is a plus Reliability and a team player is a must. Ability to maintain schedules of 100 plus clients and caregivers Willing to help any team member and be an excellent team player
