Job Description

About Opus Opus Inspection builds, and operates emission testing programs in states and counties across the US, tailored to local requirements. We work closely with our government partners to help them increase compliance with air quality standards and achieve their public policy goals. Job Purpose Plays a vital role in daily operational support, analyzer builds and refurbishments, and the management of program inventory, Supports the program by providing support to fleet facilities, takes lead on all outreach efforts, and provides remote assistance to field service staff on technical issues. Provides backup as needed in all aspects of inspector certification and training. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for inventory management for all Connecticut program locations and oversees yearly physical inventory. Develops and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project Provides technical support and feedback throughout all project life Provides assistance to program staff on special projects as needed. Serves as backup for inspector training classes as needed. Communicates and collaborates directly with all teams to meet Escalates project issues to management as Works with Program Manager and QA Manager on technical Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks NetSuite experience in all aspects of inventory management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under Foster strong communication and collaboration ensuring a cohesive and efficient work Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project required Strong presentation Ability to meet deadlines and possess time management Strong customer interface skills | Customer Service Solid problem-solving Ability to engage and challenge others to support and achieve stakeholder engagement. Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
