Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong organizational and accounting skills required. Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members. Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office. Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
