We provide tents, tables, chairs, lawn games, and event equipment for parties, corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings. We are looking for a reliable, dependable and hardworking Part-Time Event Operations Associate to help maintain our inventory, prepare orders, and assist with event operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a growing local business. What You'll Do Clean and inspect chairs, tables, tents, games, and rental equipment Organize inventory and keep the warehouse clean and orderly Prepare rental orders for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups Load and unload equipment from company vehicles Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed Help maintain inventory accuracy and report damaged items Follow company safety procedures and equipment handling guidelines What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Ability to work independently and follow directions Weekend availability preferred Must be able to pass a background check Experience Experience in warehouse work, moving, delivery services, landscaping, construction, event rentals, or logistics is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Pay & Schedule $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience Part-time position Approximately 10-20 hours per week Additional hours may be available during busy event seasons Why Join Velazco Rentals?
