A Waterfront Restaurant & Bar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor (Expo) to join our team. This is a critical position that serves as the communication bridge between our kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen accurately, efficiently, and beautifully presented. Responsibilities:

Coordinate communication between the kitchen and service teams Inspect all plates for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen Organize tickets and manage food flow during service Ensure all components of an order are complete before being delivered to guests Maintain timing and pacing of courses throughout service Assist with garnishing and final plate presentation when needed Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean and organized expo line

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume service Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
