Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Flagging Scheduler to manage daily scheduling operations for our flagging services. This role is essential to ensuring job coverage, accurate order intake, timely invoicing, and smooth communication between field staff and clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is confident handling multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch flaggers for daily and upcoming job assignments Take and process customer orders via phone, email, and text Maintain accurate job schedules, crew assignments, and job changes Communicate schedule updates and changes to flaggers and supervisors Prepare and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner Track job hours, completed work, and billing details Manage call-outs, last-minute changes, and emergency coverage Maintain organized records of jobs, clients, and employees Support management with administrative tasks and reporting Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently Qualifications & Skills Previous scheduling, dispatching experience preferred Experience in construction, traffic control, or field services is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling high-volume calls and time-sensitive requests Proficient in basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, microsoft) Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure What We Offer Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment Training provided for company-specific systems and processes
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
