PM M-F Home Health Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically respond to client inquiries and provide caregiver support. Accurately and timely communicate scheduling changes between the office and caregivers. Update schedules as needed and prepare the weekly schedule for caregivers/clients, distributing it to necessary parties. Interview and credential caregivers, ensuring their files are complete and they are eligible to work. Ensure clients are staffed appropriately by referring caregivers in a timely manner. Handle client relations, including intake and processing of caregivers and clients. Inputting caregiver time records to help generate payroll Rotate on-call coverage after office hours. Offer general office support, including light secretarial work and polite phone etiquette.
Home Health Staffing Coordinator Job Conditions:
Primarily a desk job involving sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, as well as telephone and online communication. The position can be fast paced at times, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Must be well-versed in using a PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, scheduling software, etc.).
Home Health Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
Preferably someone with experience in long-term healthcare, home healthcare, or senior care, with at least 1 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service in an office setting. Must be organized, able to manage multiple office files and client schedules. Excellent customer service skills (both verbal and written). A team player who is proactive, a great problem solver, and actively supports company goals. Must have a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas to help attain company goals.
