This position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition of care for our clients.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health care, medical scheduling, patient intake, or healthcare administration Knowledge of home health services, Medicare, and insurance verification processes preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPPAA regulations Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems knowledge of clinician scheduling, staffing coordination, and patient admissions processes Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
