Job Description
Job Summary The Operations Associate II is responsible for performing advanced warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires the ability to operate the printer that produces digital transfers and materials using assigned printing machinery. The associate will have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Warehouse Associate II may also assist in training new associates and ensuring safety and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities Work independently to examine all assigned work orders and quote requests. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits; report discrepancies as needed Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and standard operating procedures. May train or mentor entry-level warehouse associates. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements. Commitment to upholding workplace safety protocols, particularly in relation to the operation of printing equipment and handling of materials. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with the printer and oven combo, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborative team player who supports co-workers and contributes to a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
