Responsibilities Schedule appointments for detailing, tint, wash services, and other jobs Handle multiple customers and phone calls at the same time in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive public relations Explain services, pricing, and packages to customers Coordinate workflow with technicians and detailers Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep schedules organized and efficient Upsell detailing and additional services when appropriate Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good math and money-handling abilities Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods Quick learner with the ability to adapt fast Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Computer and scheduling experience preferred Previous customer service or automotive service experience is a plus Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Commission opportunities available on: Booked appointments Detailing packages Additional services and upsells Ideal Candidate The ideal person is highly organized, friendly, fast-paced, and able to manage many moving parts at once while keeping customers happy and operations running smoothly.
