Scheduler - Home Health Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | In-Office $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + Benefits A growing home health agency in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join its in-office team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating patient visits, and supporting clinical staff in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior home health or home care scheduling experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Role The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing clinician schedules, ensuring patient visits are assigned efficiently and in compliance with care plans and agency needs. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patient visits for field clinicians (RNs, therapists, aides) Manage daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and coverage needs Communicate with clinical staff and patients to confirm appointments Optimize scheduling to ensure productivity and continuity of care Maintain accurate records within the EMR system Support intake and clinical teams with coordination of services Ensure compliance with agency policies and patient care timelines What They're Looking For Prior scheduling experience in home health or home care required Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with WellSky EMR is a plus Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
