Aircraft Repair Coordinator Location Doral, FL Type of Work On site Schedule Full-time Type of Contract Direct hire Pay Rate Based on experience, staring at 50K Description We are currently seeking an Airframe Repair Coordinator to join a well-established aviation organization with a strong global presence. This role is responsible for coordinating repair operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely turnaround of aircraft components. This position requires prior experience within aviation or an MRO environment and is best suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, operationally driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities and Duties Manage repair orders from start to finish Communicate with vendors to track status and timelines Review and process repair quotes Support cost control efforts and vendor negotiations Follow up on open repairs to ensure timely completion Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues Requirements High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 3+ years of experience in aviation or MRO (required) Experience working with aircraft components or repair orders (ej: engines, landing gear, avionics, etc.) Familiarity with IPCs, 8130s, or traceability is preferred Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently Effective time management and follow-through Customer-focused approach when working with both internal teams and external vendors At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time," ttg OPT.
