This role is vital in engaging prospective members and promoting our exclusive amenities. Job Summary:
Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, learning about them, building value and excitement for the lifestyle and homes of our community, and scheduling appointments for clients to tour the community. Full-time positions available (Sunday -Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday) Duties and Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, text and emails to potential clients introduce products or services. Engage in active and persuasive communication to generate interest and curiosity in the product. Qualify leads by gathering essential information, including budget, timeline, and priorities of prospect. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects to tour community. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions Clearly let prospect know what to expect to ensure seamless handoff of lead/prospect to Sales. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or a similar role. Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to understand client needs and objections. Ability to work independently and efficiently Proficiency in using CRM software Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus. Must live within a commutable distance to
