Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners Present our services and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Follow up with leads and log all activity accurately

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong phone presence and communication skills Ability to handle objections and stay persistent Prior experience in telemarketing or appointment setting a plus
