We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business lending, banking, financial services, or a related industry is highly preferred. This role combines operations, customer service, account management, and administrative support. Responsibilities Communicate with Partners regarding funding requests and document collection Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text Assist clients throughout the funding process Collect and organize bank statements, applications, and supporting documents Submit and manage funding files with lenders and funding partners Track approvals, declines, stipulations, and funded deals Follow up with clients, referral partners, and funders Maintain accurate records within CRM and company systems Manage administrative projects and daily office tasks Help ensure deals move efficiently through the pipeline Qualifications Preferred Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience Funding, underwriting, lending, banking, or financial services experience Experience working with CRMs and deal management systems Required Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations, customer service, or office management experience Strong communication and phone skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities Strong computer skills including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Join us as an Operations Administrator / Funding Coordinator if you're passionate about supporting seamless financial operations while ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding service.
