Position:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of securities transactions across the trade lifecycle, from trade capture to settlement. The role focuses on supporting daily operational workflows, including confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, cash, and position management.Responsibilities:
Manage client asset transfers, including incoming/outgoing positions and wire transfers Oversee U.S. and non-U.S. trade settlements, including matching, fail control, buy-ins, and margin requirements Process ADR conversions Ensure proper handling of corporate actions on client accounts Allocate trades and deliver confirmations to clients in a timely manner Handle trade lifecycle activities, including booking, validation, and resolution of breaks or discrepancies Process reallocations and special handling requests based on client needs or operational errors Monitor client accounts, including holdings, balances, and activity, to ensure accurate and timely settlement Support Trading and Sales desks with trade validation, exception management, and operational issue resolution Reconcile settlement-related costs and fees for domestic and international transactions Capture and manage settlement instructions across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Options) Escalate issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently Ensure proper system configuration and workflow alignment to support accurate settlement processes Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards Support automation initiatives and system enhancement projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingFinance, IT, and Compliance Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 years of experience in Operations Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) and Series 99 (Operations Professional) certifications required (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Bloomberg TOMS is desirable Experience with Pershing NetX platform is a plusPay:
