Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that diagnostic appointments are coordinated in a seamless manner using scripting and customer service guidelines established by the Imaging Center. Responsibilities Schedule patients for exams Provide preparation instructions Provide information to patient on required authorizations or referrals prior to exams Ability to handle high volume of calls Promptly address callers using established scripting and following established scheduling guidelines Ability to multi‐task by handling calls, webchats, and software data entry as needed to address callers Excellent communication skills Demonstration excellent customer service skills Perform other duties as assigned Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical scheduling experience or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication.
