Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Associate provides exceptional service to clients, agents, vendors, and internal customers. They provide print, mail, and general office support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supports the Operations Department with general administrative duties as assigned Coordinates mail and print operation activities to ensure print and mail delivery are completed within established timeframes Processes full policy requests in a timely manner Orders envelopes, paper and other supplies while adhering to all purchasing procedures Reviews delivery statement for accuracy, accepts and delivers packages in a timely manner Provides training to other members of the team as requested Participates in team meetings Reports on print and mail tasks as requested Sorts and scans incoming and processed mail with accuracy and efficiency Labels, organizes and relocates storage boxes containing various documents as established Pickup and/or drop off mail and packages at designated offsite locations as outlined Assists with support activities as assigned, including but not limited to, copying, scanning, filing, renaming and sorting correspondence Assist with office relocation in a Disaster Recovery situation Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Nuance, Adobe, Scanning Applications Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and able to work independently, yet able to accept direction Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task Sound time management skills including punctuality and reliability Maintain a professional work area which is neat and organized Ability to work collectively within team environment Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
