Location Airport Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 59263.69 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 105092.50 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Two years of experience in planning and/or scheduling work for a large industrial, multi-trade facility or governmental agency are required. Additional related work experience in planning and/or scheduling work for a large industrial, multi-trade facility or governmental agency may substitute for the required education on a year for year basis. Must be able to work a permanent or rotating shift schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprints checks, employment verification, and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by the federal law is a continuing condition of employment. Recruitment Notes This position is a critical component of the Division and requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in planning, scheduling, and record management. Additional responsibilities coordinating maintenance repairs, scheduling vendor visits, tracking, and facilitating large-scale projects and operational tasks. The position requires maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and providing timely updates to supervisors and upper management regarding status, delays, and changes. Must have computer skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities and the capability to interact professionally with employees, contracts, vendors, and management personnel. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and the capacity to adapt to changing operational needs while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
