$4,000 - $25,000+ per month (base + bonuses + commission, uncapped) Tired of knocking residential doors where nobody qualifies? You've done the grind. 200 doors a day in the Florida heat. Half the people can't afford what you're selling, the other half aren't home. You're good at what you do — but you're burning energy on the wrong doors.
Now picture this:
You're knocking waterfront homes along the Intracoastal — Palm Beach, Lighthouse Point, Coral Ridge, Las Olas, Key Biscayne — and every single property has a 40-foot-plus boat sitting on a lift in the backyard. No qualifying. No guessing. If there's a boat, they need what we sell. Between routes, you're dropping into marine shops, chandleries, and canvas yards where captains and crew run errands. You're grabbing lunch at the spots where yacht crew eats after work and building relationships that turn into referrals. Same D2D skillset. Better neighborhoods. Way more qualified doors. Bigger checks. About Hull Renew Hull Renew is a premium yacht detailing company serving superyachts and megayachts across South Florida. We're pre-approved vendors at top-tier marinas including Rybovich, Port 32, Bradford, and LMC — the kind of places that don't let just anyone through the gate. Our crews have a minimum of five years of experience and we handle everything from full exterior polishing and paint correction to engine rooms, galleys, and teak work. We're growing fast and need motivated appointment setters to put us in front of captains, crew, and yacht managers. What You'll Do Canvass waterfront residential neighborhoods targeting homes with boats on lifts, docks, and seawalls Build referral relationships at marine service businesses, chandleries, electronics shops, and provisioning companies Network at public boat ramps, fuel docks, open waterfront areas, and crew hangout spots Present Hull Renew's services and book qualified detailing appointments on the spot Log all activity in real time on your provided iPad and CRM Represent a premium brand professionally — you'll be in a Hull Renew polo with real materials, not a flyer from Kinkos This is face-to-face sales in some of the wealthiest waterfront communities in the country. You knock the door, there's a $500K boat sitting right there, and you're offering a service they already need.
What You'll Earn Base Pay :
$13/hour
Per-Appointment Bonus :
$40 per qualified appointment
Commission :
5% of closed job revenue — paid when the deposit is collected, not months later
Attribution Window:
90 days from the date you book the appointment
Gas Stipend:
Monthly, performance-based Bonus Structure (stacks on top of everything above):
Appointment Volume Weekly Sprints:
5 in a week → $50 8 in a week → $100 12 in a week → $200 15+ in a week → $350
Appointment Volume Monthly Milestones:
20 in a month → $150 30 in a month → $400 40 in a month → $750 50+ in a month → $1,250 Revenue Weekly Sprints (based on deposits collected): $5K in a week → $50 $15K in a week → $150 $25K+ in a week → $300
Revenue Monthly Milestones:
$50K deposited → $250 $100K deposited → $750 $150K deposited → $1,500 $200K+ deposited → $2,000 + $250 for every additional $25K (uncapped) All bonuses are uncapped. Weekly and monthly stack. Highest tier reached applies.
Real numbers:
A strong part-time setter booking 7 appointments per week can realistically earn $7,500-$10,000/month. A full-time killer booking 12+ per week is looking at $15,000-$20,000+ per month. These aren't hypotheticals — they're based on a 40% close rate on $10K average jobs. What We Provide iPad with CRM software and internet connectivity Assigned routes and territory maps covering South Florida's wealthiest waterfront neighborhoods Hull Renew branded polo Full training on services, pricing, objection handling, and the yacht market A product that sells itself What You Bring Your own reliable transportation (required) Door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales experience — solar, pest control, home services, or similar strongly preferred The ability to walk up to anyone, start a conversation, and handle rejection Professional appearance and demeanor — you're knocking on doors in neighborhoods where the driveways have Bentleys and the backyards have yachts Self-motivated and disciplined — nobody is holding your hand on the route A smartphone for team communication Marine industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
