Responsibilities Dispatch HVAC technicians promptly and efficiently using transportation management systems and GPS tools to ensure timely service delivery. Coordinate permit applications and approvals with local authorities, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Maintain detailed records of permits, inspections, and service activities Communicate effectively with clients, field teams, and regulatory agencies via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear messaging. Utilize analysis skills to monitor dispatch workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Manage HVAC parts and equipment shipments through shipping & receiving procedures and supply chain coordination. Enter data accurately into various systems Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching within the HVAC or related service industries, with strong knowledge of transportation planning and logistics. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Strong analysis skills for workflow optimization, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
