Aviation & Aerospace Staffing / Flight Operations Support Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Aviation Recruiter/Flight Crew Scheduler to join our fast-paced aviation and aerospace staffing team in Pensacola, FL. This role combines aviation recruiting, crew coordination, and operational support responsibilities to ensure exceptional service delivery to both customers and aviation professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a high-volume environment requiring constant communication, multitasking, and problem-solving. Aviation industry knowledge is strongly preferred, particularly experience with aircraft maintenance staffing, flight operations, crew scheduling, or FAA-regulated environments. This is an in-office position and is not remote. While undergoing training shift will be Mon-Fri Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source, recruit, screen, and submit qualified aviation professionals using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and external recruiting tools Conduct outbound recruiting calls and candidate interviews daily Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for aviation maintenance and aerospace personnel Process onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking and scheduling systems Communicate regularly with candidates regarding assignments, travel, onboarding, and mobilization status Attend aviation industry job fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions as needed Operations & Scheduling Coordinate and schedule crew members (Pilots/Flight Attendants) and aviation personnel to meet customer operational requirements Arrange domestic and international travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and accommodations Prepare detailed employee and crew documentation packages for customer distribution Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable FAA regulations Provide timely updates to internal leadership and customers regarding staffing and operational activities Maintain scheduling accuracy and operational documentation in a fast-paced environment Customer Service & Communication Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, crew members, and candidates Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, email, and internal systems Collaborate closely with operations, recruiting, and management teams to ensure successful staffing outcomes Assist with administrative office functions and special projects as neededJob Requirements:
Previous aviation, aerospace, staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or operations experience preferred Familiarity with aircraft maintenance terminology, aviation operations, or FAA regulations is highly desirable Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable making outbound recruiting and cold calls Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-starter capable of working independently and within a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook 365 Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM preferred Schedule Full-time onsite position Friday through Monday schedule (Once Fully Trained) Four 10-hour shifts each week Day shift hours Some holiday coverage will be required to support operational scheduling needs Occasional on-call support may be required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Life insurance Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Excellent team-oriented office environment Location Requirements Must be able to commute to Pensacola, FL Local candidates preferred No relocation assistance provided Why Join Us?
