You will be the Production Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Pinellas Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading multiple first‑line leaders, coordinating resources, and driving operational excellence across our aeronautic fabrication facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspire and guide first‑line leaders to meet production goals and uphold operational excellence. Oversee cross‑functional teams in fabrication, ensuring efficient collaboration with support organizations. Drive productivity, enforce quality standards, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities. Allocate staffing and material resources to meet production schedules and deadlines. Champion a safe, compliant work environment by enforcing regulatory and safety standards. Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience leading teams and/or management experience. Experience managing safety, quality, cost, and schedule in a manufacturing environment. Experience developing business strategies and tactical plans to achieve production objectives. Experience developing and implementing quality and affordability improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; which could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, or ECM. Possess an understanding of management operation system principles (such as FLEMOS) and demonstrated leadership engagement practices.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
