Job duties include matching qualified Home Health Aides, LPN's, RN's or CNA's with our Clients to ensure consistency and happiness among both. Primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities: Promotes and practices the mission and values of the company and follows policies and procedures of the organization. Prepares and maintains Client/Caregiver scheduling calendar. Communicates with staff to obtain additional coverage when necessary. Report any difficulties in scheduling staff. Maintains accurate data on requests received, shifts filled, and staff utilization. Ensures notification to teams of covered/uncovered needs. Provides on-call scheduling and holiday coverage as needed on rotating basis. Attends meetings, educational offerings and participates on committees. This is an

position. Hours are 8:30-5:00pm Monday-Friday with a rotating on-call schedule. On call is an additional paid rate.
