Full-Time Established and busy nurse registry serving the Treasure Coast for over 17 years is seeking a dependable, long-term team member to join our office staff. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients and caregivers. Responsibilities Coordinate client care schedules and staff cases with appropriate caregivers Manage caregiver credentialing, onboarding, and orientation processes Review and maintain employee and client files for accuracy and compliance Provide front desk support and assist with daily office operations Perform administrative duties including scheduling, filing, faxing, data entry, and document management Verify insurance information and authorizations Respond to schedule changes and identify replacement caregivers to fill open shifts when needed Maintain accurate records and process a high volume of scheduling and administrative tasks in company software Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Prior administrative and scheduling experience required (healthcare or staffing experience preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive conditions Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and solve staffing issues quickly and professionally Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred Experience with Generations software is a plus Must be comfortable with a daily commute to our Stuart office, as this is an in-office position Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare office. We are seeking someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team and who values reliability, professionalism, and teamwork.
