Job Description

Must be HHA or C.N.A. certified
Wage:
$18.00 per hour. Full Time Office 8:30-4:30 Monday and Tuesday

will be scheduled for two 12 hour shifts.
Scheduler/Caregiver:
Full Time Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A. to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Plaza, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations. Why This Role is

As a Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A., you'll have the opportunity to: Be a
Leader:
Play a key role in the leadership team of a thriving private duty program.
Coordinate Schedules:
Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery.
Support Operations:
Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations.
Deliver Compassionate Care:
Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents' daily lives.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Certifications:
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
Experience:
One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
Skills:
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
